Journey with us on another Day In The Life of an exhausting days work in Punta Leona Costa Rica. Here the motto of the people is Pura Vida (Pure Life) and by all means that’s how we live. But sometimes it isn’t all fun and games, certain things must get done and we have priorities to take care of so it can get extremely difficult for both D and myself to continue living Pura Vida.

First off a 90 minute meditation inside of a complete lotus position sitting on the most beautiful private white sand beach of the world as the ocean becomes one with my chi flow in perfect harmony with the universe isn’t all easy as it sounds. This tremendous rigorous task takes laser focus discipline and breath control.

IF that wasn’t enough just hearing about this will disturb you. Doing Yang Style Tai Chi on Play Blanca with the natural sound of Pacific waves and tropical wildlife all surrounding me. Laying by the pool sipping a tropical drink and taking a splash because it does get hot and hard to withstand the Pura Vida paradise lifestyle here in Punta Leona Costa Rica.
